KEATON
Wow! This little man is not so little any more! He is now 3 and had the best spiderman birthday party ever! He is super active and we have gone on many adventures lately with some new and old friends (pictures below). He is 29 lbs and 36 inches tall. He loves ninjago, games, power rangers, ninja turtles, legos, swimming, walks, the iPad lol, friends, America Ninja Warrior, working out, and taking care of his baby sister!! He is the best! I just love my big little man :). He says the funniest things and is just such a little ham. He has a fantastic imagination and tons of energy. We are always something else too...he is never just Keaton anymore...he is always Jayden the red power ranger, or Kai the red ninja from ninjago, or leo the blue ninja turtle, or Olaf from Frozen lol. He talks non-stop and loves just to narrate what he is doing lol. I JUST LOVE THIS KID!!!

KEATON
This is what Keaton has been up to!
Each picture has a little story behind it: Starting Top left to right and then going down, and left to right, etc.
1. Weekend before last, (Sat. the 3rd) Jason and I had some training for church and we had to bring Keaton along with us. He needless to say did not want to stay in nursery, but was surprisingly good through our whole 3 hour meeting! He ate lots of candy, drew on a notepad, and followed the Stake President around (VERY PATIENTLY!) until he got his turn with the microphone! lol
2. This is now how Keaton entertains himself during sacrament meeting at church. He uses his play food from his quiet book to make baby sister happy faces lol He cracks me up!
3. This kid has suddenly started eating food!! It's amazing!! He eats 3 meals a day and it makes me so happy! And...I finally have a spaghetti face picture! Every child has one...you know it's true...and I am so proud of Keaton's lol!!
4. He thinks he knows how to play games on the computer. And he actually is pretty good. If he finds one on disneyjunior.com he doesn't like or doesn't understand he says "dis one too hard mommy...diffent game...k" and just picks another :).
5. Bless his heart he does not have an artist mother! He asks me to draw things all the time and this is as good as it gets! lol...good thing he doesn't know any better yet.
6. He is still obsessed with ninjas!
7. He is still practicing taking care of " baby sister". He said she needed to snuggle him on the couch, and then he got her a blanket and stroked her head while they watched Backyardagains.
8. He and Marie are still best buddies! He loves that girl! And she was so sweet and wanted him to sit by her to watch a show :)
9. He LOVES Raising Canes Fridays! After story time at the library on Fridays we always go out to eat at Canes afterward. He said mom "my belly so full...all better now!" and wanted me to take his picture! He said "food make happy!"...and yes it does little man!!
10. I was struggling to paint my toenails last week so Keaton helped me, and then he wanted his done.... :) It was fun! It only lasted on there 2 hours before he was ready to take it off lol but that's ok!
11. He also is always wanting to play games on the x-box...I can't do daddy's guitar game, and I can't do the sports now because they make me sore lol and I am too big....but I finally found one he can do by himself! He is pretty good at this racing game too! I showed him how to hold his hands...he watched the little demo, and away he went....and got 6th place on his first time!!
12. He loves to help! He helped daddy and Russell Guilfou dig holes for posts for the new part of their fence! Then, he wanted to climb in! lol
13. Today we went on probably one of our last mommy and son adventures just us. We went to the party store to pick out his birthday party stuff (early), and went to the aquarium! He loves it! He was so good and we had a blast! I am going to miss our just "us" mommy and Keaton dates. We are going to squeeze in a lot this week!
14. And....we are obsessed with feeding the ducks! He says they are always so "hawn-reee"!

Baby Annie
This week we got to go visit our BFF's the Guilfous!!! Keaton has been missing Marie something awful and dying to see her new baby sister. But, last week we had colds and didn't want to take them to the baby so he has had to be patient for 2 weeks since she's been born. lol That is a long time for an almost 3 year old!!! And it was so worth it! Annie is beautiful!! She is so tiny and sweet and Keaton just loves her! He kept coming back and holding her (like 5 times), and he cried when we left and said he wanted to take baby Annie home with us lol! He is even more excited for baby sister now and I think he is prepared :)
Keaton also got to play lots with Daddy while mommy had girls night and a baby shower. They played in the pool, played baseball, watched basketball, etc. And Keaton of course took lots of pictures (the whole bottom row are pictures taken by Keaton :) ).

"I Spider-Man Keaton"
So, the Easter Bunny left Keaton a spider-man t-shirt in his easter basket! He freaked out!! He said "mom...wook...spider-man shirt...sho aweshome!!". and wanted us to put it on him right away! lol He cracks me up! Needless to say that of course he needed to wear it for 24 hours straight (even under his shirt for church), and he needed all his other spider-man apparel as well (which only includes his crocks and a hooded blanket, but nonetheless...he needed those too. He also is now known as 'spider-man keaton' when he is wearing his spider-man shirt lol. We kept asking him what his name was and that was his reply! lol So...here is my little spiderman!
Notice the tongue out in the 3rd picture (he is saying "webs" lol). And yes, the shirt is a size 4/5, but I knew he would need to wear it for a long long time!
Puppies, Ice Cream, and Games
If Keaton could sing Julie Andrew's song "Favorite Things" from sound of music...he would include puppies, ice cream, and games as a "few of his favorite things".
This weekend we got to make some new friends!! We went to a BBQ at one of Jason's co-worker's home and had a blast! We made new friends with two amazing couples, saw the cutest twins and Keaton helped take care of them!, and he made a new best friend....Cole...and yes... Cole is their dog. He is like a little peek-a-poo or something and Keaton played fetch with him with a bouncy ball for 2 hours!!! And, they even played in Cole's dog house together! That kid! He threw a tantrum when we left and said he wanted to go back to his "friend's house" and play with Cole! We will have to go back soon lol
Of course next on that list is Ice cream. Today (friday), we went to run some errands and then go see Captain America...needless to say that didn't go so well with our almost 3 year old but that is another story!! (and he LOVES captain america!...ugh...oh well). Anyways, we had to make a couple stops at the mall and of course we needed lunch so we did Chic-fil-a and Keaton always trades his toy out for ice cream!...who wouldn't! There was a new girl working today and she made him a ginormous cone! Woo hooo!!!

And "last, but not least", games. This guy loves games! He doesn't know how to play very well, but he is learning and he is obsessed. We have to play yahtzee, Uno, dominos, candy land, ...etc. some sort of game like every day!
I love being a mom! Especially to this cute guy!!
Picnic and the Park
After my doctor's appointment on Thursday I promised Keaton that we would go to the park and have a picnic. He told every nurse, doctor, and person that he saw that we were going to the park. This kid loves to be and play outside! At the park this week, we made some new little friends who didn't want to leave when it was time, and we found a giant dirt pile! lol This kid cracks me up!
"BEACH MOM...LETS DO IT!"
My child has been asking to go to the beach every nice day that we have had outside (he is definitely my kid!). He says "beach mom...ok...let's do it!", and I have to respond saying "I'm sorry sweetheart I would love to go to the beach but 1. it's too far and 2. the water is still too cold".....I get heartbreaking faces in response. :(. So what did I decide to go do? This crazy mom went to walmart and bought a little plastic kiddie pool, then went across to home depot and bough 6 50lb bags of sand to make a "beach". Then, we invited another preggo friend over (Mary Guilfou), and Keaton's first love (Marie Guilfou) over to play. We also hooked up the sprinkler and put it next to the slide to make a waterside...Rich Family Ghetto Water Park is now open! We had a blast!!! Check it out.
As you can see, they had a blast and we play in this box all the time!
Keaton thinks he is "Gru" from Despicable Me and does his dance moves all the time...I did not teach him to shake is booty lol
KRAZY KEATON
Here is my crazy child! He loves to: make faces, take selfies, dress up, paint, eat ice cream, do acro-yoga with daddy ;), talk a LOT, play Jake Legos (jake and the never land pirates), play pretend: we are always nijas, power ranges, pirates, cowboys, doctors, ....you name it, he is dying to go to the beach!!, he loves to take care of "baby sister" and talk about her, he is the best helper and buddy you could ever have, he is super sweet, talks to his underwear...which is totally normal right?, watches/plays basketball with daddy, loves to work out, loves to go look for "reasures"(aka: go on walks and look for treasures),.......he is 28 lbs. and almost 3!!!!
